PC Advice: GET UP & MOVE AROUND: YOUR KILLING YOURSELF
Today I want to talk about a serious topic that many of us actually neglect to remember and do something about it. Sitting down in your chair can be harmful to your health in many ways.
Now you maybe wondering what harm can come from sitting in a little old chair. Well today I will answer that questions for you.
PC Advice number 1:
If you sit at your desk for more than six hours a day you have increased your chances of getting heart disease. Heart disease is a disorder of the blood vessels in the heart. This can cause plaque buildup in the walls of your arteries making it difficult for blood to flow increasing your risk of heart attack or stroke.

PC Advice number 2:
Now if you sit at a computer desk all day.
The best of action is to get up and move around
whether it’s just taking a break or partake in
another activity for the time being.
PC Advice number 3:
Not only is sitting down too long bad for you but also using a keyboard is bad for you as well. Short term effects in sore wrists & long term effects of carpal tunnel.
PC Advice number 4:
To help lesson the effects of long-term keyboard use you can use an adjustable keyboard & mouse set. This allows for greater ergonomic setup and greatly reduces the chance of injury. With that in mind it would be a good idea to try out a couple different model keyboards before deciding on the right one.
