Antivirus – Keep those viruses at bay!!!

Hi is your antivirus subscription expired?  Does your computer display this message?

Then yes further action should be taken to keep your software up to date. Normally once your subscription has expired some or all features may not be available until you renew your subscription.

Today I am going to list several tips for you to keep in mind in regards to keeping your computer protected.

Antivirus – Computer Tip Number One: 

You should always be aware of when your software is about to expire. The best way to keep track of how long your subscription will last is to remember your original purchase date and when you installed the software.

For example I’ve purchased my antivirus software during the middle of April. So when March comes around I’ll know how much time I have to before I upgrade the software.

Normally you will be prompted with the remaining days you have left before your subscription expires.

Antivirus  – Computer Tip Number Two: 

One advantage is price. Most new software is released either during the summer or before the end of the year. In my example above If a new version of software is released during the summer time. By the time I would have to upgrade the price for the product would of already dropped.

Saving money is the best feeling when you have more control over the situation.

Antivirus  – Computer Tip Number Three: 

If you’ve never purchased antivirus before it’s never too late to buy protection. The sooner your computer is protected the better prepared your PC will be to stop future threats.

As the title implies always keep your antivirus updated. You maybe asking why should you keep it updated, and the answer is simple. Everyday and week after week there are newly added threats that can cause serious harm to your computer. Without up to date virus definitions your computer may not be able to detect potential threats.
